Our Return Policy

We have a feeling you’ll love what you ordered but sometimes it just
doesn’t work out! Most of our customers are moms and we understand life with
kids can be chaotic at times. That’s why we offer a 60-day return window on eligible items!* We try our best to make returning and exchanging items fast, easy, and transparent!

*Non-refundable items will state it is non-refundable in the product description*

Once we receive the item and find the merchandise is in acceptable return condition it can take 1-3 days for us to process the refund. Please allow up to 14 days to be updated on your original payment method. If it is taking longer than expected to receive your refund, please contact your financial institution. If you’ve contacted your bank or financial institution and you’re still having issues with your refund, please contact us for help!
