Condition of Use
Our products may be accompanied by small accessories such as buttons, sequins, clips, etc. that could be harmful to a small child and pose a choking hazard. We advise to never leave your child unattended while wearing a product that may pose a choking hazard. Please use our products at your own risk and understand when you purchase an item from Sassy Jo's Babies and Bows you agree that Sassy Jo's Babies and Bows are not liable for any use, misuse, or lack of supervision while wearing our products.
Returns/Exchanges
We do offer returns and exchanges at Sassy Jo's Babies and Bows! You can email us at sassyjobb@gmail.com, or message our Facebook page to start the return process. The customer has 30 days once the tracking shows delivered to contact us about a return or exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For returns, once the item(s) have been inspected we will issue a refund. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the shipping for the exchanged item. All items must be unworn and not washed to be eligible for a return/exchange.
Packaging
We take pride in how our packaging looks like and we like to take a little extra time to make sure the item you are getting is free of any flaws. Before each package is sent out we pull the items you bought from our boutique room, steam it, and then wrap it with love! After it has been sent out you should see a pink and white striped bag in your mailbox in a few days!
Shipping
We typically send our packages via USPS First Class if it is under 16oz (1 pound) and they are normally delivered within 2-5 business days. If your package weight is over 16oz we will ship it via USPS Priority Mail which normally takes 2-3 days to arrive. Please allow at least 24 hours for orders to be shipped after the payment is received. If you have any questions or concerns about your package please email us at sjbbsales@gmail.com or fill out a contact form on our "Contact Us!" page and we will be happy to help! Once packages have been sent we no longer hold any responsibility for lost or stolen packages but we are happy to help resolve the issue in any way we can or help track it down! Please be sure to fill in the correct shipping address because we will not be able to change that once it is shipped and we cannot be held reliable for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. For questions concerning tracking information that we provide you please contact USPS.
International Shopping/Shipping
We currently do not sell or ship internationally. If you are temporarily relocated internationally and would still like to shop please email us at sjbbsales@gmail.com and we can try to make a special accommodation for you!
Product Description and Colors
At Sassy Jo's Babies and Bows, we try our best to describe our products to the best of our ability and as accurately as possible. We cannot promise our descriptions are 100% accurate due to the subjectivity of writing product descriptions. However, we will do everything we can to help you in case of any issue with a product or misunderstanding. We also try our best to accurately name or describe product colors to the best of our ability but it may be slightly different in person depending on your device's screen.
